Lymphological massages and  treatments

PERLA SANA | TO CIRCULATE THE LYMPH

The focus of our treatments is the activation of the lymph - the subtle vital fluid that supplies our 50 to 60 trillion cells and eliminates their residues. Indeed, nothing influences us as much in life as the degree of health and therefore the flow of our lymph.

Well-being, health, bringing life into flow. At Perla Sana, we dedicate ourselves enthusiastically to these tasks every day.

Depending on your needs, the combination with the BODY - DETOX® FOOT BATH.

The lymphological system

THE LIFEBLOOD IN YOUR BODY

WHAT IS THE LYMPH?

The lymph is the cell supplier and disposer in our body. The blood with the freely moving cells (red and white blood cells, platelets) has its own circulation with a pump - the heart. In the periphery, the flow slows down and some of the liquid blood escapes through the wall of the fine capillaries. This serum that has escaped from the bloodstream is now called lymph.

The path between capillaries and tissue cells is the true supply path for the cells. The blood serum supplies the cells only within the blood pathway; parts of the body without a blood supply - for example cartilage, tendons, scars - and also the immediate vicinity of the capillaries are not supplied by the blood but by the lymph. The blood circulation is the fast track, quasi the railway track with the capillary as the station for unloading the substances into the lymph, onto the slow track to the cell.

To maintain health, the lymph must first be able to flow optimally in order to reach all the cells of the body - even without a pump. The activation of the musculature is an essential part of achieving and maintaining the flow capacity. If the lymph flow is disturbed or the channels are blocked, the lymph is accumulated.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM
IN TERMS OF HEALTH AND DISEASE

Our body produces more than 5 liters of lymph per day. This body fluid flows in its own circuit - the lymphatic system.

Within the system, the disruptive sub-stances are rendered harmless by our killer cells (the lymphocytes), broken down and transported away.

Besides the cardiovascular system and the nervous system, the lymphatic system is an essential part of the basic functions of our body. The tasks of this system are the supply of vital substances to the cells and the removal of superfluous cells containing waste products, thereby strengthening our immune system. The well-being of every cell in the body therefore depends directly on the lymphatic system.

Not surprisingly, most, if not all, chronic diseases and conditions are associated with dysfunction of the lymphatic system.

Restoring and maintaining a well-functioning lymphatic system is at the forefront of every one of our treatments. Here, the lymphological full body massage (LFBM for short) offers one of the most powerful tools for activating the lymphatic system.
